The open exchange strategy, and why it works so well
One of the oldest ways of buying and selling just got easier, with the arrival on the Internet of the open exchange. You will have noticed that websites are springing up where people are openly exchanging things. This has been done for thousands of years, of course. You have something you can do without, and you give it in exchange for something you want to a person who would like to have your item. Bartering like this is a tried and tested, age-old way of getting what you need with what you already have. But now, with the Internet, you have open exchanges everywhere. This is a good thing. It will make the concept of exchange more widely known, and give some confidence to people who have never exchanged int he past.
