My daughter just finished a book that she says is great. She is always reading, and all the books she reads are just wonderful according to her. I do not think that she has ever met a book that she does not like! This one is called End Time Delusions, and it about the different ideas about the end of the world. I am not too sure about that, so I would really like to ready the book. It sounds like it would make you think, and give you a few new ideas to ponder. We could all use a good book to make us think.

I could not believe the amount of pain I was in after simply doing some yardwork this past summer. I put up with it of course because I am a guy and that is what we do. Finally, it became too much. I was popping ibuprofen like candy and not getting better, in fact, I was getting worse. It was a brutal wake up call when I bent over to pick up my grandkid and my back ceased up. What pain! I could hardly stand it. I couldn’t stand or sit and bascially had to be carried in to the office. My chiropractor was great though. He helped me and I’m old, see a St. Paul Chiropractor.

Last Saturday I met my friend, Cindy, at the mall. We spent most of the morning shopping. We both got a couple of great outfits off of clearance racks. I’m a massive Blackberry fan. The screen is great but glossy finish means it can be difficult to read in direct sunlight. Physical buttons are kept to a minimum – Volume +/-, orientation lock (to stop screen from turning when you turn the device), Home button, lock button. I must admit that my iPad is mostly used for surfing, email, gaming and social networking with a bit of photo viewing / editing and movie watching thrown in. It’s great being able to pick up the iPad and surfing the web as it is instantly woken from sleep mode and can be left in sleep mode for almost a month with a full charge. With constant use, I’m getting around 8 – 9 hours use. Overall Blackberry Playbook is a great, well designed and engineered device that I use everyday. It will only get better when new apps are released!
